Swanton, Vermont — north of Burlington, near the lake.
Bourbeau Custom Homes is based in Swanton, in Franklin County, Vermont. We build across Vermont and the Lake Champlain region. Most of our customers are within an hour's drive — but we've worked with owners as far away as Florida (yes, via web meeting — Bonnie & Jack Parenteau's home was designed with Denis in Swanton, Bonnie in Orlando, and Jack in Boston, all on the internet).

When to call
Office hours are weekdays. If you're considering building, the first call usually runs 20–30 minutes — Denis listens more than talks. He'll ask what you're imagining and where you'd like to live, and figure out from there whether it's a fit. There's no sales pressure on the call.
What to have ready
You don't need much. If you have a piece of land or are looking at one, the address is helpful. If you have rough square-footage in mind, mention it. If you don't know any of that yet, that's fine too — most of our owners called Denis before they had any of it figured out.
